The Shady Shack is one of my favourite Vegetarian and Vegan health food cafes in Bali. It overlooks one of many beautiful rice fields in Canggu about a 5 / 10 minute walk from Echo Beach just a couple of doors down from The Avocado Factory ( also Delish). You’d never guess it, but ‘The Shady Shack’ in simple terms is … A Shady Shack. But it’s the most beautiful shady shack you’ll ever stumble across. Not instantly obvious from the road & completely tucked behind the shade of the surrounding trees it is quite hard to find. The interior is a very clean take on traditional beach shack, made up of white wooden walls, and hatched roofs accompanied by a large palm tree shaded outdoor areas overlooking Canggu’s rice fields. It makes the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food is so delicious and healthy! It’s all Veggie and most of it is actually Vegan too.
